THE VARMENTS® METHOD: ON-DEMAND EXCELLENCE

In an era of disposable "fast fashion" and overflowing warehouses, VARMENTS® operates differently. We don’t believe in mass-producing thousands of garments that might end up in a landfill. Instead, we operate an on-demand fulfillment model that prioritizes quality, precision, and zero deadstock.

  • The Archive: Every design—from the "Vault" re-releases and limited-edition MATCHDAY PROGRAMME® drops to our standard Bogos—starts in our digital archive. When you place an order with Varments Pte. Ltd., you aren't just buying a shirt; you’re triggering a bespoke production cycle.

  • Precision Manufacturing: We partner with world-class technical production facilities to bring our vision to life. The moment your order is confirmed, our partners begin precision printing and construction on premium fabrics.

  • Individual Quality Control: We inspect every piece individually. We check the seams, the print registration, and the finish. If it isn't "Matchday Ready," it doesn't leave the floor.

  • Direct To Your Door: We create gear only when it’s ordered, eliminating waste and ensuring every piece meets our strict standards. It takes a few days longer, but the best things in the game are always worth the wait.

SHIPPING LOGISTICS

  • Production Phase: It typically takes 1–2 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it ships out from our production hubs.

  • Shipping Estimates: Once dispatched, standard international delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your coordinates (UK, EU, and Rest of World).

  • Customs, Duties & Local Taxes: All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless specified at checkout. Varments Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for any additional local import customs fees, cross-border tariffs, or local duties applied to your parcel upon arrival in your destination country. Any charges imposed during clearance are the customer's sole responsibility.

  • Damaged Packages & In-Transit Issues: If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, take clear photos of the packaging and the garment immediately and contact the squad at orders@varments.co within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve it.
